No employee of the group, or anyone working on behalf of RWB Group will be expected to carry out a task where the risk to themselves or another person would be considered unacceptable. Under our ‘Work-Safe’ Policy, each and every member of staff has the absolute right to refuse to carry out work if they consider it to be unsafe.
RWB Group are fully accredited firm across all divisions including ISO and OHSAS. Our safety management system ensures we have an excellent health and safety record.
We have adopted a planned and systematic approach to health and saferty. formal training is a key factor in achieving our excellent health and saferty record. we commit to training and keep abreast of all develpments in the industry.
RWB Group implement first aid training at the workplace and onsite. It is mandatory that all employees including management take the first aid training course and receive certification after passing the course run by the St John’s Ambulance.
RWB Group also allow employees to do online training courses to keep themselves updated and refresher courses.
